Holistic approach to employee health
The health and wellbeing of our employees are important to us. Every two years, we conduct a survey on psychological stress and derive measures to make everyday work healthier, with the results communicated transparently. We also offer a series of presentations in which health experts discuss topics such as relaxation, stress management, exercise and general health. Furthermore, employees can access psychosocial counselling during working hours to discuss personal concerns confidentially.

Fitness and sports options
We support our employees in developing a healthy lifestyle with the "EGYM Wellpass", enabling them to find fitness and wellness activities throughout Germany that suit their individual preferences and their daily routine. They also have the opportunity to participate in our "active breaktime" programme, and to join our dragon-boat team in Rostock or our soccer teams at other office locations.

Healthy workplace
As part of our health-management programme, we offer subsidies for preventative health courses and vision aids and we facilitate regular occupational health screenings. Our integration management program (BEM) also supports employees who have been ill for a long time to transition back to their work life.

Water, coffee, tea, other hot drinks and fresh fruit are available to our staff daily, and all employees receive their own sustainable Inros Lackner water bottle.
