How did you experience your first year and your onboarding with us?
Onboarding at Inros Lackner was an all-round positive experience for me. I felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning. Right at the start, I was introduced to my mentor and received a “welcome bag” filled with helpful information and little surprises that made my transition easier. Soon after that, I was invited to the company’s induction day for new employees. The "365 days at IL" event concluded the onboarding process. Both events were excellently organised and gave me a comprehensive insight into the company’s culture and values, as well as the opportunity to meet other employees.

My first year at Inros Lackner clearly exceeded my expectations. It was exciting, educational and varied. I was able to make many new contacts and work on interesting projects that helped me develop – both professionally and personally.

Which of the benefits offered by the company do you particularly value?
I consider the adoption of the 38-hour workweek a major plus – it contributes noticeably to my work/life balance. The provision of refreshments in the office is also a pleasant bonus in my daily work routine. I am particularly grateful for the diverse training and continuing education opportunities, which strongly support my ongoing professional development. Another real highlight last year was the company party – with a great atmosphere, good conversations and a wonderful sense of community.

How do you experience the support you get from the team in Schwerin?
I couldn't wish for better support. All my co-workers are open and helpful – they are always available to answer my questions. This positive working atmosphere motivates me every day.

What goals have you set for the future?
My goal is to make good use of the know-how I have acquired so far and to continuously expand it. I have also had the opportunity to participate in Inros Lackner's Young Project Manager Programme – a big step in my professional and personal development.
