Application process

Please send your application documents by email to karriere@inros-lackner.de.

Please specify the applicable job title and the desired office location. For sustainability reasons and to facilitate deputising by colleagues where needed, we prefer digital applications. To ensure smooth processing of your application, we ask you to send us your complete documentation (CV and relevant certificates – diplomas and employment references).

Of course, you can apply for multiple positions with a single application. Send your application for the position you prefer to karriere@inros-lackner.de and indicate in your email or cover letter which other positions you are also interested in.

We welcome applications in which the applicant’s capabilities and motivation are shown to match the advertised position. There is no fixed deadline, as we continually consider suitable applications. If the position is advertised on our website, it is still available.

You are welcome to submit a speculative application any time! We are always glad to hear from motivated applicants who are interested in our company. Send us your documentation and we'll see if we can find a suitable opportunity for you. Please indicate your preferred office location.

The applicable contact person in our recruiting team is generally detailed in each job posting. There you will find all the relevant contact information, enabling you to direct your application to the right person.

The application process may vary depending on the availability of our staff and their vacation schedules. However, we strive to keep the process streamlined in order to provide you with feedback as quickly as possible. It usually takes a few weeks to complete all steps, but we will keep you updated. 

If you have any questions about the status of your application, please contact us at any time – we will be happy to tell you what we can.

Once we have received your documents, we will confirm this to you. Our recruiting team will then review your application together with the relevant department manager. If the result is positive, we will invite you to a video call or an in-person meeting. In time-critical cases, we will suggest times directly via email. If the initial discussions are promising for both parties, we will invite you to a follow-up meeting. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about the position and get to know the team.
