How long did you work as a project engineer at Inros Lackner before becoming a project manager?
In 2021, while still in college, I started as a working student in Inros Lackner’s construction management department. After one year I was hired as a project engineer and worked in this role for three years. I have been a project manager since March 2025.

Have your daily work routine and areas of responsibility changed, e.g. in terms of team leadership and decision-making?
My daily work routine has changed significantly. In my role as a project engineer, I already enjoyed taking on responsibility and leading a small team. These experiences helped me develop my leadership skills and actively participate in decision-making processes. As a project manager, I can apply these capabilities effectively and further develop my team leadership skills and strategic decision-making abilities.

What support would you like to receive in order to be successful as a project manager?
I greatly appreciate the support I have received so far from my superiors and colleagues. It provides a solid foundation on which I can build to do my work with confidence and success.

For my further development as a project manager, I look forward to more of the open, transparent communication and regular, constructive feedback that have been so helpful in the past. Close coordination with respect to resource planning is particularly important to me, helping to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and smoothly – and enabling my team and me to achieve outstanding results together.
