We want you ...

with your know-how, your curiosity and your willingness to always approach new assignments in a constructive manner!

A balanced mix of career starters and experienced engineers is very important to us in ensuring we incorporate in our work both the latest technical developments from a recent university education and the practical knowledge gained from the successful realisation of a wide range of projects. Having the right qualifications gives us a significant competitive advantage, which is why we continuously invest in the training of our employees. Since many of our staff participate in professional organisations, associations or university institutions, we stay informed in a variety of ways about the latest developments in the fields of research and training.

PIONEERING SPIRIT
Torsten Illgen, Chairman, INROS LACKNER Vietnam LLC

PIONEERING SPIRIT

The early years of Inros Lackner Vietnam LLC were characterised by a pioneering spirit, openness and the courage to change. This made it possible to spread and develop the reputation of Inros Lackner SE in Vietnam. A big advantage right from the start was that German employees learned and spoke the Vietnamese language. The country will continue to play a more prominent role in Southeast Asia, and there will be a lot to do. We would like to contribute to this with our innovative solutions. My vision for the next few years is to work towards bridging the gap between architecture and engineering. As part of the Inros Lackner Group, our organisation has a very international character and is a place where different cultures meet. This diversity enables us to integrate aesthetic and cultural aspects more closely into our engineering solutions. We want to be guided by this as we continue to grow internationally.
