• Our IL Academy brings together and optimises the transfer of knowledge within the company. We organise tailor-made training programmes for the individual development of our employees.

Knowledge transfer and workshops

The combination of established expertise with an up-to-date understanding of modern methods and research ensures sustainable company development. The knowledge of our employees is our most valuable asset. In addition to technical and soft-skills courses, we also offer ongoing language courses. We increasingly use e-learning methods to promote cross-location learning. Discussion of technical topics is supported by our monthly digital IL Friday Meeting, in which departments have the opportunity to present selected projects.

Onboarding
To ensure a successful start with us, new employees are supported by a mentor and introductory information is provided in a Welcome Bag.

Several times a year we organise a cross-location "New Employee Day". As well as facilitating the provision of information relating to technical issues and about the company, these events also enable people to get to know each other and share their ideas personally.
