Markus Schuckert established his own engineering firm after studying civil engineering at Dresden University of Technology, specialising in structural hydraulic engineering. The firm merged with Inros Lackner SE in 2018 and he became manager of the Dresden office. Since July 2024, Markus has been Regional Director East. He has a particular interest in the management of generational issues and in cross-generational knowledge management, both of which are closely linked to the development of staff and corporate culture.
