Trainee Happiness Day

Our apprentices are the key to our future success, and as an employer, it is essential for us to recognise their hard work and commitment. We are therefore especially thrilled that Chris Waclawczyk, our IT specialist apprentice, has been selected for the Trainee Day of Happiness.

The Trainee Happiness Day is a fantastic initiative that highlights the achievements of young talent. Each of our apprentices plays a vital role in the success of the company in their own unique way. Chris Waclawczyk stood out particularly for his dedication during a challenging period when our company was targeted by a cyber attack last year. Together with his mentor, Maik Jalaß, we supported his application, and Chris was chosen to enjoy a well-deserved day of celebration at Chalet O in Rostock. Experiences like these demonstrate the importance of nurturing young talent and providing them with the opportunities to grow. For us as a company, it is not only a pleasure to facilitate such moments, but also a fundamental aspect of our commitment to promote young talent. Individuals like Chris Waclawczyk represent the future, and we are dedicated to offering them the best possible conditions for success.

We extend our thanks to the Service Agency MV and the organisers of the Trainee Happiness Day for this valuable initiative. We are proud to be part of a network that encourages and supports young people. Currently, 17 apprentices are completing their training with us. They work in a dynamic and international environment, which offers numerous opportunities for balanced and successful professional development.
