A-ja Hotel, Garmisch-Partenkirchen

A new A-ja hotel was built in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The new building comprises a basement with 136 car parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces, storage and staff areas as well as building service centres, the ground floor and 3 upper floors. The layout of the basement takes up more space than the upper floors, so that outdoor areas are arranged on top of it. The hotel offers 240 rooms. Integrated into the hotel are the lobby, a public bar and restaurant area. In the spa area there is a fitness studio, two swimming pools with outdoor and indoor areas, a children's pool and saunas. Inros Lackner was commissioned with the planning services for the technical building equipment across all plant groups as well as the structural design.
