The 4-star hotel with 256 rooms consists of a basement, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 11 upper floors. The hotel lobby with reception and the back office and administration area are located on the ground floor. On the 1st and 2nd floors there is the conference foyer as a central room for the development of all special function areas, a conference room of approx. 350 m², the restaurant with open-air terrace as well as the seminar area with meeting rooms. The hotel rooms are located above. On the 11th floor, guests can visit the fitness and wellness area or the bar. The roof is used exclusively for the installation of technical equipment (cooling, ventilation, etc.). The building was constructed on a 3,284 m² plot, the GFA is 19,600 m².
