Sea Tourism Centre, Rostock

To ensure efficient and up-to-date passenger handling at berth 8 in Rostock-Warnemünde, the expansion of the Warnemünde Maritime Tourist Information Centre was planned and built in the form of a new terminal building with a service area. This will relieve the handling procedures in the existing Warnemünde Cruise Centre. The building will be used for public events outside the season. In a bidding consortium with Bastmann + Zavracky, Inros Lackner was awarded the contract for the object and structural planning, the energy design, the open space and traffic facility planning as well as for the planning of the engineering structures.
