Administrative complex Hanoi, Vietnam
Offices for the Vietnamese government

In partnership with the architectural firm von Gerkan, Marg & Partners (GMP), Inros Lackner planned and designed an office and administration complex in Hanoi for the Vietnamese government. The complex consists of 14 buildings, all of which are connected together by the two lowest circulation and parking levels. The two highest buildings have thirteen and twenty floors respectively, and all other buildings have either six or nine floors.

Due to the complicated local ground conditions, a deep foundation of bored piles with lengths of up to 40 m was required. The buildings are designed to withstand earthquakes of up to level VIII on the MSK scale. Inros Lackner was responsible for the building technology concept, the structural design and the commercial lead management.

Gross floor area: approx. 180,000 m²
