Barracks grounds, MV

As part of the Bundeswehr reform, the site of the "Mecklenburgische Schweiz" barracks in the town of Stavenhagen was abandoned. Parts of the military site had already been converted for civilian use in 2006. The core area was still in military use until mid-2016. After that a commercial area was developed on the entire site. All engineering services were provided as a holistic development of the future commercial site on an area of about 61 ha immediately after the withdrawal of the German Armed Forces or by agreement already in the transition phase.
