Storm surge protection, Usedom

As part of the storm surge protection in the north of the island of Usedom, the villages of Karlshagen and Peenemünde will each be protected against a design flood by a ring dyke. In addition to the technical planning of a total of approx. 4,200 m of protective dyke, the environmental approval documents were also prepared.
