Municipal Harbour, Fehmarn
The Burgstaaken municipal harbour on the island Fehmarn is divided into two areas, the fishing harbour and the marina. The commercial fishing harbour is in a structurally poor condition with different construction methods and equipment of the jetties. In order to strengthen the business location, the fishing harbour is being modernised and the needs of the users adapted to the local conditions. In 2023 a comprehensive structural inspection including residual wall thickness measurement was carried out on the jetty foundation piles and the mooring dolphins. In addition, a new subsoil expertise was prepared and a survey of the planning area was carried out with the help of a drone aerial survey. In addition to an orthophotographic representation of the harbour facilities, the recorded data was deposited in the design planning. The jetty facilities were planned BIM-oriented in Allplan.
